How to Track Your Product Rankings on Noon and Amazon in the Middle East

RANK TRACKING6 min read

Daily organic rankings for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, in one dashboard.

Last updated: October 2026

Where your product ranks decides whether it sells. Shoppers rarely scroll past the first page of results, so the products at the top get most of the clicks, and most of the sales. Slip a few positions and your orders slip with you, often before you notice.

In the Middle East, that now happens on two marketplaces at once. Noon and Amazon are the region's two biggest marketplaces, and serious sellers list on both. To know how you're really doing, you have to see both, together.

Dunescout gives you that view: your Noon and Amazon rankings in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, side by side in one dashboard, updated every day.

Key facts

  • Marketplaces: Noon and Amazon
  • Countries: UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt
  • How often: every day
  • What it measures: your organic position, with sponsored listings removed
  • Setup: paste a product link and add your keywords. No seller account to connect.
  • Products: your own and your competitors'

Why track both Noon and Amazon?

To grow in the Middle East today, one marketplace isn't enough. Many shoppers compare Noon and Amazon before they buy, and many only shop on one of them. Selling on both is how you reach the whole market, and being visible on both is how you win it.

But each marketplace ranks products in its own way, with its own competitors, prices and reviews. The same product can be #3 on Noon and #40 on Amazon for the same keyword. Watch only one, and you're blind to the other half of your market.

Most tools cover only one side. Amazon tools like Helium 10 and Jungle Scout don't cover Noon, and Noon's seller dashboard has no rank tracker at all.

Why is checking rankings yourself so hard?

Checking one ranking is easy: search the keyword, scroll, skip the sponsored listings, count. The problem is that it multiplies. 20 products with 5 keywords each, on Noon and Amazon, is 200 searches, and rankings change every day.

It also leaves you with no history. Without a daily record you can't see a product sliding until the orders stop. The bigger your catalogue, the more of it you simply never check.

That's why rank tracking needs to be automatic: checked for you every day, across every product, keyword and marketplace.

How does Dunescout track Noon and Amazon rankings?

  1. Create a tracker. A tracker is a folder for a product line, for example "Candles".
  2. Paste product links from Noon or Amazon. Dunescout reads the marketplace and country from the link and shows you the product before you add it.
  3. Add the keywords shoppers use to find those products.
  4. Check back tomorrow. Your first rankings arrive the next morning and update every day after that.

Once your rankings are in, you can:

  • See one product across all its keywords (By product view)
  • Compare every product on one keyword (By keyword view)
  • See how many keywords each product ranks in the top 10, 50 and 100 for (Summary)

Noon and Amazon products are grouped by marketplace, and every rank is colour-coded, so you can spot what needs attention at a glance.

How is the rank calculated?

  • Organic only. Sponsored listings are removed, so you see the position your product earns on its own.
  • In the order shoppers see. Results are counted page by page, and each product is counted once.
  • The first pages that matter. Dunescout checks roughly the first 140 results. If your product isn't there, it shows as not ranked in that range.
  • Not tied to your account. Results are checked the way any shopper would see them.

Why does my product rank differently on Noon and Amazon?

Noon and Amazon run separate search engines, with different sellers, prices, reviews and sponsored placements. Each country is also its own storefront: amazon.ae and amazon.sa show different results for the same keyword. That's why tracking each marketplace and country separately, but in one view, matters.

Frequently asked questions

Growing your sales on Noon and Amazon

How can I increase my sales on Noon and Amazon?

Most sales come from the first page of search results, so the biggest lever is visibility: ranking near the top for the keywords shoppers actually use. It shows real Noon search volume, and it tracks your rankings on both marketplaces every day.

Why did my sales drop on Noon or Amazon?

A common cause is losing rank for a keyword that brought in most of your orders. A competitor may have cut prices, a listing change may have backfired, or stock may have run low. Dunescout's daily rank history shows which keyword dropped, on which marketplace, and on which day, so you know where to look.

How do I get my product on the first page of Noon or Amazon?

Target keywords shoppers really search for. Make your title, price, images and reviews competitive with the products already ranking there. Then check your position as you make changes. Dunescout shows what shoppers search for on Noon, breaks down the top listings for any keyword, and tracks where you rank on both marketplaces.

How do I know if my listing changes are working?

Compare your rank for your main keywords before and after the change. Dunescout records it every day on Noon and Amazon, so within days you can see whether a new title, price or image moved you up or down.

Which keywords should I target on Noon?

The ones shoppers actually search for, where the competition is still beatable. Dunescout's Keyword Research shows real Noon search volume and competition for the UAE and Saudi Arabia. It highlights keywords with proven demand and low competition.

Should I sell on Noon, Amazon or both in the Middle East?

Many sellers now list on both to reach the whole market, since many shoppers compare the two and many only use one. Once you're on both, track how visible you are on each. Your rankings show where you're winning and where to put more effort. Dunescout tracks your rankings on Noon and Amazon side by side.
